Founder - President

Emily has her own stories on SASH during her Coast Guard Service. She is passionate about people and not afraid to take a stand on hard topics. In her free time, you will find her with a coffee in one hand and a book in the other, a corgi nearby wanting to play or judging her, and a loving husband who supports her crazy.

Co-Founder - Vice President

Meghan has first-hand experience dealing with SASH within the Coast Guard. She has made it her passion to help others find support and healing. In her personal life she spends her time raising three boys and enjoying her small farm with her husband.

Co - Founder - Public Relations

Julian has personal experience with SASH in the Coast Guard and is a proud Victim Advocate. He has made it his personal mission to help those in need throughout the service. He created an online personal healing space for survivors, Sailor’s Disgrace, and has been supporting many initiatives through his group.

In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, in the water, (surfing, swimming, free diving") and traveling

Co Founder - Resource Manager

Joanne experienced multiple SASH incidents while serving over 22 years in the Coast Guard. She is a devout advocate for others and has spent the last 3 years running an underground network for SASH survivors. She is passionate about leading them to Safe Waters.

In her personal time, she spends time with her husband, 4 kids, and menagerie of animals. Books, coffee, the ocean, hiking, and healing on her farm full of rescue animals in the PNW.
